Our Dogs/Puppys are sold in good health to the best of our Knowledge. We take special care with our Yorkies, but any animal can be sick or have birth defects we are not aware so
we offer the following Warrantys that must be followed:

You must notify Sheridan's Yorkies within 24 hrs from day of purchase that your veterinarian has found a life threatening birth defects. I will replace the Puppy/Dog with a healthy Puppy/Dog of my choice of equal value as soon as one is available. For this warranty to be affective you must then promptly return the puppy within 24 hours from purchase date, along with a letter from your veterinearian, clearly stating that this puppy/dog has birth defect that it will die from it. Any veterinarian cost associated with the obtaing of this Health Warranty are the obligation and sole responsibility of the purchaser: Under "NO" circumstances will I be responsible for any expenses incurred by the purchaser.

We "will not" replace Puppy/Dog that has been in a home that has had parvo death. If this is not the case and your dog has Parvo when checked by Vet within 24 hours, and we have clearly have written proof from your Vet stating so, We give a seven day gurantee for parvo. If your Dog/Puppy succombs to parvo within seven days of purchase, we will replace with another Puppy/Dog of our choice when available. We must recieve receipt of necropsy report from the vet for this warranty to be valid. All cost are to be paid by purchaser.

"All Vet Expenses" and cost of "ALL Medical Treatment" for the life of the puppy is full and sole responsibility of purchaser, and begins from the date of pick up with "NO" Exceptions. After 24 hours of purchase date has passed there will be "NO" warranty on any Dog/Puppy that hasn't been Vet checked.

Puppy/Dog is to be fed Quaility Food (recommended Science Diet Puppy Small Bites) provided adequate housing, and medical treatment upon needed.

As it is discreationary between Buyer and Vet. I highly recomend that the Puppy/Dog be given all shots at the regular intervals required as most vets request 6-9-12 weeks and to follow with the required after that. It is very important to have these vacinations and de-worming to protect the health of your puppy.

"NO Gurantee" is given, written, or expressed as to longevity of life of Puppy/Dog, size, temperament, quality, color or disposition. We will not except return of dog because of family disputes, landlord disagreements, allergies, or incompatilility with other pets etc.... We ask that you decide before the purchase if these sweet Yorkies can and will fit into your family's home before purchase.  "NO" Exceptions!!!

This Puppy/Dog is being sold as PET QUALITY ONLY with full registeration. It is not GUARANTED to be breeding or show quality.

We except cash only. if we ship we will except paypal/money order. That will be have to clear before we ship.

We sometimes have the tiny breed from our yorkies. It is the purchaser responsiblity to be able to care for puppies of this size as they need and require more attention. I recommend keeping a bottled milk and to keep nutra cal on hand when taking puppy home. I recommend giving it the nutri cal at least 3-4 times day as directed on package. I would give it the bottle as recommended by your vet for the first few weeks. Even though it is on puppy food. They are small and can dehydrate very fastly. I would leave food out & water at all times. They are tiny and precious and require extra care. I will not be responsible for puppy when it leaves our homes as stated in this paragraph the tiny yorkies do require extra care. It is the responsiblity of the new owner to make sure this little one gets it.
